  1. Privacy of Information

    Membership information displayed on the Outsiders website will only be displayed with the express permission of the individual member and only visible to other members.

  2. Monitoring of Users

    It is not possible for Outsiders to monitor the use of the website by members, or any contributions they may make to it. Thus, Outsiders cannot be responsible for the behavior of members — whether on the website or outside of it.

    We are reliant on you to ensure that you will not infringe anyone's rights including intellectual property rights, and privacy, and you will observe all laws both criminal and otherwise.

    In addition you must not contribute any message that is offensive, threatening, obscene, false, unreliable or misleading.

  3. Alerting Outsiders of Offensive Material

    We are reliant upon members to point out problems. If you see any material on the Outsiders website that appears offensive, threatening, or in breach of any law, then please contact us by emailing webmaster@outsiders.org.uk.

  4. Warning

    You should be aware that Outsiders is are not responsible for the content of any website to which a link is given on the Outsiders website.

    Please use caution and common sense in your use of our membership list and in particular if you meet with another member in person. Unfortunately, some people may provide information, or otherwise behave in a way, that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. We make every effort we can to ensure that any information provided by an individual when they join is genuine, and all applications are checked and approved before going into the membership list, both online and in the printed version.

  5. Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability

    Your use of the Outsiders website and its services is entirely at your own risk. However, we will endeavour to help you if you have any concerns as a result of your use of the site.

    You release Outsiders and its volunteers from all liability arising out of or in connection with the website and the any material on it.

    We are not liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.
